Why Young People Don’t Buy Cars and Apartments Anymore

These days, the common belief of achievement success— owning an apartment and/or a car — is no longer available. An expanding number of youngsters around the world would prefer to not have them.

Recent research demonstrates that this purported millennial youth, who are currently  30 or 35 years old, once in a while purchase apartment and considerably more rarely cars. Actually, they don’t purchase excessively costly things by any means. In the USA, individuals younger than 35 are called ‘the age of renters.’

For what reason does this occur?

According to the opinion of some sociologists, that is because of current youth experience in their lack of money which could even a crisis for an important number of them. That is the reason individuals are afraid of ‘important’ loans.

Actually, it’s not the most significant reason. The thing is, the present age of young are so different from their parents. They have different values.

The young today has rethought the idea of achieving success, which implies:

Effective individuals don’t purchase property — they rent.

In case you want to be viewed as a successful person, put your resources and do investment into experiences and into goods, for instance: travel, dangerous sports, build startups …

The important thing is that individuals currently don’t need prosperity and stability; all they need is adaptable calendars, financial and geo freedom.
